Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and any winnings earned may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one active account is permitted per person, household or address. Attempting to open multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on yesb11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.

New members on yesb11 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500; while for a ৳28,000 deposit, a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies — giving a total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, the bonus becomes withdrawable after completing ৳30,000 (1,500 × 20) in total wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specific period — any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the terms of the relevant promotion explicitly allow it.
• Bonuses can only be used on applicable games or categories — please refer to the terms of the specific promotion.
• yesb11 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• yesb11 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by yesb11

yesb11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of the Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request
• Evidence of an age requirement violation
• Long-term inactive account (more than 12 months)

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

A member may close their account at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure. Contact the support team to recover any remaining funds after the account has been closed.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. In this case, contact the support team to reactivate the account.
